Pros
I have had plenty of opportunities to move on, but I love working with the people on challenging but engaging projects, and working on cool products. Can not over emphasise how great the people are here. Smart, talented, fun supportive, dedicated. Lot's of recent changes at upper management with emphasis on growing culture and investing in people. I only see this continuing with recent purchase from Brunswick.
Cons
By no means perfect, but I feel that the initiatives always come from the right place. Big change in focus in recent times with growth in people and investment in their skills makes for a fun place to work.
