Pros

Navitrust offers a beautiful office space in a very nice part of town. Workplace is clean and well taken care of. Windows are beautiful and make almost every cubicle attractive to work in. For the most part, all the staff is friendly and fairly easy to work with. Ownership keeps the kitchen stocked with drinks and treats to make the workplace more enjoyable. They have a very nice conference room and workout room with showers and private changing areas. Friday is considered a short day, and the office basically closes at 4 pm. Ownership is great about closing the office early before holidays and major storms, things like that. They spend a lot of time and money on company activities, the Christmas party was very elegant and a great experience. If you make Pacesetter you will enjoy an awesome vacation! If you make CSAM, they will also take you and your spouse on a cruise. Once you make CSAM, you are invited to join the, "CSAM Cruise" every year another account executive joins the group. The work is challenging and fun if you have a love for sales. Based on the compensation plan you choose, you can make a huge amount of money with uncapped sales commissions. Ownership will run meetings almost every day to help you progress and get better. This is a small family owned business. Ownership is very nice and has a great name in the community. The software they use and phone systems they have are second to none. This is a great place for you to start your sales career if you don't have a lot of financial obligation in your life. Even if the job doesn't work out for you, your contacts will take you to someplace you want to be, or you can start your own recruiting business someday.

Cons

Onboarding: The interview process to work here is not appropriate. They have several interviews to determine your personality type and financial goals. They ask perfectly legal questions to get you to share as much information about your personal life as possible. If they are serious about you, they will tell you they are going to take you and your spouse to lunch to extend an offer. Please beware of this, the purpose of this interview is to determine if your spouse fits into their culture. If you are LDS and your wife is a stay at home Mother, you are golden. If not, well...not sure if it's a good fit for you. Training: The training from MRI is not very good. Ownership will mock the MRI training and brag they are a, "Top 10" office and that they will teach you everything you need to know. Ownership seem to confuse, "Training" with, "Accountability." They will tell you to start your own, "DIG" and offer very little support to add new names and information into the database to get this done. The, "Support staff" is only there to help the top employees earn more money. I worked with several new people and all voiced concerns about the support staff following through on deadlines and helpfulness. Beware when voicing concerns to ownership about the support staff, this is a small family owned business. I did not like how ownership made me come up with a, "What." A, "What" is something material that you want to splurge on when you make huge amounts of money. For example, a new home or a new car. I believe this conflicts with the culture they are searching for. The average tenure simply cannot be 8 years, I have seen 7 account executives turn over in the last two years. It's possible 8 years in the tenure of their CSAM's, that is a realistic number. Be ready to be on the phone during core phone time. When nature calls, you will get dirty looks. As with any job, if ownership likes you, you will probably do well. If not, good luck in your future career. Working there was not diverse. There was only one female account executive. Most of the senior employees are great. Some of them, will work next to you for 13 months and never say good morning to you and constantly complain about job and ownership. I understand this happens in every company, however, these are the employees that ownership models their office to be like. Ownership will brag about how easy job orders and placements come from email, Linkedin and other social media, yet they expect you to be on the phone during core phone time with connects and dials to achieve your goals. They don't give you enough time to be productive with social media and the support staff will do nothing for you to create your own brand. Top performing employees know this and most of them have their own dedicated support staff employee for that reason. They will not let you have an upgraded Linkedin account until you make money. There is no policy on this, ownership is picky and choosy about who gets upgraded Linkedin accounts. Beware to anybody asked to work in a, "Utah DIG." Countless employees have worked this market and had very, very little success in 20+ years of business.

Pros

The training is extensive and continuing. There is no reason to not succeed with all the help you get from management to do well. The training is all you do in your first month with weekly meetings in the morning that I will call continuing education. With as many tools that you are given to succeed there is no reason not to. The organization is small, so that everyone interacts with everyone. There is a strong team vibe and everyone is so encouraging.

Cons

There are not a lot of women here, not that they didn't try, but it would be nice to have more women in this industry and especially with this company to help continue it's growth.

Pros

The leadership team is uncompromising in hiring people of high character people. They state they hire people who a) have high character, b) are smart, c) great work ethic and d) who have the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. The non-leadership team is just as interested in your success as the leaders are. All believe that there has to be a great work/life balance. The attitude is when you are at work, "be at work" when you are home 'be home." They have great trips, President Club, Quota Buster trips and lots of fun contests throughout the year. They have been in business more than 27 years and there are not many firms in the search and recruiting space which can make the same claim. They have also won "best company to work for" 4-times.

Cons

It is missing some of the "fun" on-premise things of some of the Slicone Slope companies. They tend of make up for it in company off-site meetings and activities and training. There is the requisite pin-pong table, well stocked break-room and a well-equipped, on-site company owned work-out facility as well.
