Still in a start up biotech mentality, so there are some strains with that, but overall still a great company

Great product that helps people with head and neck camcer diagnosis. The actual people who work there day to day are great and helpful but definitely over worked. COO is a very good leader but impaired by CEO's ego.

The CEO has actually no experience running a business he came from research institute and it shows. He cannot trust anyone including his own leadership team and acts biligerent towards most yeiling and cursing weekly. He breads a hostile work.
