Great - Engineer Navdy Employee Review

My time spent with the Navdy team was exceptional. The leadership, especially in Marketing (I reported to the CMO), was outstanding and the day to day environment was full of brilliant people doing amazing work.

The only real downside to working at Navdy was that the market wasn't really ready for the product, which is rough for a start-up. Organizational structure started to waver after a series of acquisitions and efficient decision making became difficult management was slimmed down.

Not only am I overcome with a sense of pride knowing that I am an integral part of a team that will forever change the driving experience as we know it, but the work day and experience at Navdy is quite simple, FUN!  I can’t say this with 100% certainty but it seems to me that when putting the Navdy team together, personality and character carry just as much weight as the resume credentials. The end result is a work environment and culture that is fun, free-spirited, transparent and supportive…but at the same time amazingly bright and productive. I absolutely love being a part of Navdy!

This work environment like any startup is not for everyone. Be prepared to be accountable, work independently and work long hours.
