      They give a decent hike every year

      Cons

      In normal Indian shift, there is a lot of politics and favoritism people follow there. US shift managers are cool. They don't follow work ethics.

      From the day I started at this company, upper management as well as colleagues have done nothing but support me in development and in achieving career goals. I was able to grow within the company from being a part of the Support Team to managing the Support Team through their guidance and support. Navatar provides a very encouraging and connective work culture.
