- Ramping you before you start selling the product through a fun interactive bootcamp (which you travel for) - Team-based collaborative selling - Attainable quotas that can be overattained and make you good money - Leadership understands how hard SDR life can be and is not constantly micro-managing you to get better - that is on you - Clear pipeline to be promoted to AE/AM/Manager - Lunch provided!!
Cons
- Sales can just be stressful but that is the job - Lots of changes but it is a pre-IPO company - Was part of one layoff -- but was explained to me and the team, and their reasoning behind it being only big round -- no layoffs since then
