Pros

"Trauma bonding" with other coworkers over how insane this place is.

Cons

The Glassdoor reviews are accurate. In a nutshell, the CEO is absolutely insane (and instead of trying to fix the company, he's wasting internal resources to try and "fix Glassdoor"). The only folks left on the C-Suite are brown nosers who are not qualified for their roles and are going to profit off of all the abuse and toxicity they've put onto their employees. People get hired because they're friends with leaders, not because they deserve it. On top of that, this place is comically misogynistic. It's 2023 and still pretty much everyone in a leadership role is a white male, they fired/laid off a lot of POC on their HR team, and continue to promote men and white people. This place used to be FUN and exciting to work at....now when I see people join, I question their sanity given these Glassdoor reviews. They aren't doing formal layoffs but instead randomly let go of people here and there. One colleague got two weeks severance which is inhumane...but to be honest I'd rather be let go then work here another minute.

Pros

Fast paced, plenty of room and opportunity to grow. Very good starting pay and ability to earn bonuses. Many remote work options. Strong culture and supportive leadership, with fun company events (like the Christmas party) that help people feel connected, even for the many remote employees.

Cons

The pre‑hire assessment is very strict and pass/fail. I’ve referred strong, experienced candidates who I know are good workers, but they did not pass the test and were not given the opportunity to move forward. It feels like the process may screen out some high‑potential talent who could otherwise thrive here.
