Pros

The friends you make. That's really about it. All I can think of.

Cons

My time here was extremely disappointing. The culture was toxic, and it was clear that promotions were often based on politics and not merit. Many of the people who got ahead seemed to be those who were most skilled at kissing up to the right people. The company's management was terrible, with very little communication or transparency about important issues. It was hard to get any guidance or support when needed, and it often felt like employees were left to fend for themselves. 3 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICE WAS SO INCREDIBLY TOXIC. It's worth noting that this was particularly frustrating because the work itself can easily be done remotely. There was no reason for the company to force employees to come into the office, and it seemed like a clear disregard for our well-being. Finally, the company's products ARE faulty and unreliable. It was clear that corners had been cut in the engineering process, resulting in a subpar product that often fails to meet customers' needs. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone, and would caution others to steer clear of it.

Pros

Fast paced, plenty of room and opportunity to grow. Very good starting pay and ability to earn bonuses. Many remote work options. Strong culture and supportive leadership, with fun company events (like the Christmas party) that help people feel connected, even for the many remote employees.

Cons

The pre‑hire assessment is very strict and pass/fail. I’ve referred strong, experienced candidates who I know are good workers, but they did not pass the test and were not given the opportunity to move forward. It feels like the process may screen out some high‑potential talent who could otherwise thrive here.
