Pros

Working at TripActions has been by far the best decision I have ever made and the best investment. I started as an SDR and within 6 months was promoted to SDR Manager. This company truly values promoting from within, developing all of the talent to their fullest potential, and treating us all as HUMANs. When I was hired as an SDR, my daughter was 3 months old. They let me work for 4 months and then gave me 2 months of paid maternity leave even though they didn't have to. My leadership team told me to do what was right for ME as a mother, not what I thought was right for TripActions. THAT IS INCREDIBLE and unfortunately too rare in tech these days. As an SDR Manager I was given every opportunity to succeed and countless opportunities to develop into a strong leader. I got to create enablement programs, learn from a team of EXTREMELY supportive peers, and was never told to "just figure it out" or felt like I was in sink or swim mode. TripActions provides you with all of the tools you need to be successful at your job, whether as an individual contributor and it is your first time in tech sales or as a manager or leader of teams. I was promoted AGAIN after 5 months of management and have been a director ever since, and I truly feel like the sky is the limit. If you are looking for a company that has almost unlimited market potential, is growing at rapid speed and therefore has endless opportunities for you to grow into whatever career you want, LOOK NO FURTHER. all of the leadership team are caring, fun and supportive and everyone at this company has your back. LETS GO

Cons

we move quickly - if you can't handle change then this isn't for you. I personally find it fun and exciting and appreciate that my voice is always heard.

Pros

Competitive compensation and strong benefits package. The coworkers and frontline teams are one of the company’s greatest strengths many are incredibly hardworking, supportive, and committed to helping both customers and teammates succeed.

Cons

Significant operational gaps continue to impact efficiency and employee experience. Reporting systems and workforce planning frequently feel disconnected from the realities of day-to-day operations. Employees and leaders are often expected to be accountable for metrics without reliable reporting or clear guidance on how those metrics are measured. Workload distribution can feel inconsistent, creating an environment where some teams and managers become overextended while others are underutilized. This contributes to burnout, frustration, and a lack of confidence in operational decision-making.
