Based on the very low attrition within this department, it makes me feel even stronger about the importance of working with managers and teammates to develop those strong and prosperous relationships. Regardless, I am sure that you are coming from a good place and that everything you said, you mean. It is not always easy to go through transition periods with team leadership and that experience can be challenging for some, though temporary. We have now put that transitional period behind us and we are very excited to have recently brought on our new CISO, who is leading this org and seeing some exceptional results.
