Pros

- Best in class product in a legacy industry with unmatched services and systems (well, our services are okay) - Smart and experienced leaders with proven IPO experience that know how to drive innovation and growth - Massive room to grow in travel, expense, payments so long term outlook is promising

Cons

- Sales team has become toxic and is based on fear, pressure, and micro management - Lack of sustainable growth has led to a churn and burn environment within sales, and those that are successful, are struggling to be happy - Politics favor managers that are well liked and many are not competent, almost no ownership on sales leaders for missing numbers - All of the pressure and blame of missed numbers is put on individual contributors. Poor performers are fired and leadership takes no accountability over poor processes, training, or hiring practices - New CRO is the main driver of all this negativity. Sales team was flourishing with old CRO.

Pros

Fast paced, plenty of room and opportunity to grow. Very good starting pay and ability to earn bonuses. Many remote work options. Strong culture and supportive leadership, with fun company events (like the Christmas party) that help people feel connected, even for the many remote employees.

Cons

The pre‑hire assessment is very strict and pass/fail. I’ve referred strong, experienced candidates who I know are good workers, but they did not pass the test and were not given the opportunity to move forward. It feels like the process may screen out some high‑potential talent who could otherwise thrive here.
