Pros

The benefits are good but are typical of any startup: unlimited PTO, free food, beer fridge, fitness reimbursement, etc.

Cons

The tech bro (and girl) office culture is one filled with favoritism and frequent hints of racism. Of the 100+ people, you can count the people of color on two hands in the New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto, and Chicago offices. Chicago, of all places, has one POC. Despite not performing, several of the white salespeople have been promoted while the POC are written up and have their jobs threatened for not hitting quota. Racist expletives can be heard playing in music from the office speakers at any given time in New York despite it visibly making the African-American employees feel uncomfortable. You won't find many minorities in positions other than frontline sales and support and based on the racist jokes one of the investors made when he came to the New York office, that likely won't change any time soon.

As the head of our NYC office, this was so hard to read. I have so much pride in the culture the NYC team has built and respect and diversity are two things that are personally very important to me. That being said, I'm really disappointed to hear about your experience and wish you would have shared this with me sooner. Ownership and direct feedback are such huge parts of our culture and I know our NYC office wouldn't be where it is without the team embracing those values. Please note that you, as with everyone in our office, can reach out to me or our people team at any time should you feel uncomfortable for any reason. I'll personally be addressing every concern you've raised and would also encourage you to reach out so you can help contribute to building an amazing culture!

Pros

Competitive compensation and strong benefits package. The coworkers and frontline teams are one of the company’s greatest strengths many are incredibly hardworking, supportive, and committed to helping both customers and teammates succeed.

Cons

Significant operational gaps continue to impact efficiency and employee experience. Reporting systems and workforce planning frequently feel disconnected from the realities of day-to-day operations. Employees and leaders are often expected to be accountable for metrics without reliable reporting or clear guidance on how those metrics are measured. Workload distribution can feel inconsistent, creating an environment where some teams and managers become overextended while others are underutilized. This contributes to burnout, frustration, and a lack of confidence in operational decision-making.
