Pros

Great product and some nice people

Cons

Culture and morale seem to have really gone downhill this year. Employees live in fear, other reviews are right about good employees getting fired or being made examples out of. Seems like leadership is concerned about losing their jobs and making themselves look as good as possible so everything else is expendable. Culture of intimidation rules. HR team generally unhelpful and inept, more of a propaganda machine to give the illusion that feedback is heard and taken seriously. CEO either does not care about the deteriorating culture or otherwise is likely being told that “everything is fine”. HR refuses to solve issues, they blame “growing pains” and “rapid growth” and seem more concerned with image. Pay attention to who is writing the positive reviews. Mostly the Marketing team, senior leaders and HR team. Campaigning us to write our positive reviews on Glassdoor and LinkedIn postings to drown out naysayers and sure that it will continue. Like others say, success to be had if one is playing the political game.

Pros

Fast paced, plenty of room and opportunity to grow. Very good starting pay and ability to earn bonuses. Many remote work options. Strong culture and supportive leadership, with fun company events (like the Christmas party) that help people feel connected, even for the many remote employees.

Cons

The pre‑hire assessment is very strict and pass/fail. I’ve referred strong, experienced candidates who I know are good workers, but they did not pass the test and were not given the opportunity to move forward. It feels like the process may screen out some high‑potential talent who could otherwise thrive here.
