Pros

- Ilan, our CTO is great at what he does. Working under him has been a really good learning experience for me. - Interesting technical problems to solve, especially if you're into travel - The product is light years ahead of the competition, its great working at a company that's growing so quickly.

Cons

- As we grow rapidly, there are already people in the org that are happy to come to work and collect their paycheck, letting others pick up their slack. - Engineering is mostly led by the product team, with completely unrealistic deadlines. Common excuse is that "we're a startup", even though we are not anymore. - We used to move a lot quicker when most of our engineering team was in one office. The time difference with other offices slows us down sometimes. - As a few others mentioned, leadership is a bit inexperienced which is starting to show now that we are a midsized company. We're looking for a VP of Eng which should hopefully help here

Pros

Fast paced, plenty of room and opportunity to grow. Very good starting pay and ability to earn bonuses. Many remote work options. Strong culture and supportive leadership, with fun company events (like the Christmas party) that help people feel connected, even for the many remote employees.

Cons

The pre‑hire assessment is very strict and pass/fail. I’ve referred strong, experienced candidates who I know are good workers, but they did not pass the test and were not given the opportunity to move forward. It feels like the process may screen out some high‑potential talent who could otherwise thrive here.
