Pros

- Company is growing very quickly. It's definitely a very exciting time to join us! I joined in Nov 2017 and have seen us go from 60 employees to currently over 225+ - Fantastic benefits package - VP of Finance and HR are always working on getting the company a great benefits package - Tons of opportunities for growth here! I've seen a handful of people get promoted in the past few months. - Amazing leadership that previously worked at great companies! - Fully stocked kitchen + lunch Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Cons

- Cons... none that I can think of, unless you count gaining a few pounds from all the free food in the kitchen (also my fault for not working out regularly)! - NOT A CON, but I know some people may list parking as a con here, but there's definitely a lot of parking around the area where there's no time limit. I know a bunch of employees that currently drive over and have no problem finding parking. We're also about a 5 min walk from the Caltrain station, which makes commuting easy too!

Pros

Fast paced, plenty of room and opportunity to grow. Very good starting pay and ability to earn bonuses. Many remote work options. Strong culture and supportive leadership, with fun company events (like the Christmas party) that help people feel connected, even for the many remote employees.

Cons

The pre‑hire assessment is very strict and pass/fail. I’ve referred strong, experienced candidates who I know are good workers, but they did not pass the test and were not given the opportunity to move forward. It feels like the process may screen out some high‑potential talent who could otherwise thrive here.
