Pros

I’ve been working fully remotely with Navan for nearly two years, and it’s honestly one of the best job experiences I’ve ever had. Right from the start, the onboarding was seamless—they promptly sent over top-notch equipment, including a laptop and extra screens. The extensive training program was fantastic, blending deep-dive topics with fun games and excellent on-the-job support for the first few weeks to ensure we felt fully prepared. My team has truly become like a work family; we constantly support one another and are guided by the absolute best boss I’ve ever had. A few other massive perks: - Predictable Scheduling: We work on a rotating schedule planned three months in advance, which makes balancing personal life incredibly easy. - Growth: Career progression is very real here—I frequently see tenured colleagues earning well-deserved promotions. - Compensation: The salary is highly competitive, and they go the extra mile with a connectivity allowance, an excellent performance-based reward/bonus program, and yearly appreciation gifts.

Cons

The pace of work can be quite fast and intense. Additionally, we work on a rotating schedule with shifts ranging from 6/7 AM to 8 PM (though thankfully with no weekends). While as far as shift work goes this is actually not too bad, I personally favor a fixed schedule, which would make balancing my work and personal life just a bit easier.

Pros

Competitive compensation and strong benefits package. The coworkers and frontline teams are one of the company’s greatest strengths many are incredibly hardworking, supportive, and committed to helping both customers and teammates succeed.

Cons

Significant operational gaps continue to impact efficiency and employee experience. Reporting systems and workforce planning frequently feel disconnected from the realities of day-to-day operations. Employees and leaders are often expected to be accountable for metrics without reliable reporting or clear guidance on how those metrics are measured. Workload distribution can feel inconsistent, creating an environment where some teams and managers become overextended while others are underutilized. This contributes to burnout, frustration, and a lack of confidence in operational decision-making.
