Pros

Great product and platform > customers enjoy using and provides a lot of business value for them which makes the role of a CSM a lot more enjoyable. People are incredibly nice, hard working and expereinced so you will learn a lot. Very fast paced so if thats what you are looking for then this defnitely fits the bill. You will work longer hours than some companies and that might not be for everyone, but its a results driven role and you get compensated well if you put the work in. Compensation is good and bonuses are very achievable (which is rare in tech). You can overachieve each month and quarter and you are paid a percentage of your bonus up to 100%, plus a percentage of the revenue you generate over 100% with some accelerators every 6 months. Promotion structure is very clear and regularly done. Dont need to wait until XYZ time or end of year like most companies. Need to hit the requirements and thats it. Management are very accountable and involved in accounts to help and drive results. Very much a team approach rather than just leaving you to sink or swim. In an enterprise role there is a good amount of travel and you control your calendar and trips - so depending on the person this could be postive or negative.

Cons

In office policy - requires 4 days a week, although they are flexible due to the volume of travel (depends on your role). Would be much better if it was a 3 day requirement. Not really a con, but there is a lot of moving parts within travel and expense so it can be a lot to learn and takes time to get up to speed witht he product and processes as things are so complex.

Pros

Competitive compensation and strong benefits package. The coworkers and frontline teams are one of the company’s greatest strengths many are incredibly hardworking, supportive, and committed to helping both customers and teammates succeed.

Cons

Significant operational gaps continue to impact efficiency and employee experience. Reporting systems and workforce planning frequently feel disconnected from the realities of day-to-day operations. Employees and leaders are often expected to be accountable for metrics without reliable reporting or clear guidance on how those metrics are measured. Workload distribution can feel inconsistent, creating an environment where some teams and managers become overextended while others are underutilized. This contributes to burnout, frustration, and a lack of confidence in operational decision-making.
