      Pros

      Because parking is such a huge problem in Washington DC I would say free on-site parking is available. 2 days of telework per week.

      Cons

      Lack of upward mobility for minority women. Hostile towards black women. Don't value black women's opinions. Don't complain about anything. Hostile for individuals who question authority or disagree with management or have opposing ideas as management.

      Decent pay and benefits for the area, unique work that you can't do many other places, good opportunities for travel and promotion

      Cons

      Commute and parking turns 8 hour shifts into 10 hour shifts, mandatory overtime and travel for periods of several months, frequent shutdowns, very poor morale, terrible first level supervision, mediocre middle management
