      My supervisors were extremely knowledgeable, and very flexible with my schedule while I also pursued my goals. I think because everyone was so helpful and flexible, employees strive to get jobs done faster and safer.

      Cons

      Not allowed to have cell phones at work, and administrative processes were not handled correctly.

      Decent pay and benefits for the area, unique work that you can't do many other places, good opportunities for travel and promotion

      Cons

      Commute and parking turns 8 hour shifts into 10 hour shifts, mandatory overtime and travel for periods of several months, frequent shutdowns, very poor morale, terrible first level supervision, mediocre middle management
