If you are looking for a long career within the government, this is a great place to start your career. There are ample opportunities to transfer within the internship program and plenty of places to go once the internship is completed.
Cons
- Many people have the mentality of "I'll get to that tomorrow" - Sometimes there are needless meetings - It's government, so it's hard to get fired, which translates into having people who don't necessarily know what they're doing at the upper management/supervisory positions
