Pros
NAVSEA provides some standard work-life benefits like flexible work and telework. They truly have a great mission, so your value is not hard to see. Good extras like fitness center, eating areas, conference center.
Cons
Some poor work conditions (workspace I am in is BACK under construction - we just moved in) and frustrating policies; some driven by sequestration like travel restrictions and furlough, others just silly, like conference room scheduling and VTC setup.
