Quality of life and people are excellent

Work can get tied up in bureaucratic red tape, location is not great

Work-Life balance is good, CWS is a great perk. Plenty of training opportunities.

Leadership likes to have too many meetings when there is actual work to be done. Red tape is horrible, but that is with any USG position. Priorities need to be squared away.
