      Amazing company culture / product Flat hierarchy Managers care for you

      Cons

      Pay isn't as good as competitors but the company culture and the work flexibility definitely makes up for it. Targets can be high, but the management will provide you with all the support needed.

      Pros

      Awesome company to work for. The product and people are incredible. As a salesperson I don’t have to lie or embellish. The product and software are so good I literally just call people and tell them all about it. It sells itself and I like that even the hardware that they stopped manufacturing years ago still gets updates and releases so it keeps a good relationship with customers. Definitely the best sales job out there as a BDS.

      Cons

      None. Maybe if you didn’t like travel long term because there is more as you progress but I like it so not a con for me.
