The vision of providing education access is good in theory. Some peers are supportive and motivated to create impact.

Extremely toxic work culture with frequent abusive behavior from directors. Leadership shows low competency in managing teams and projects. Rampant groupism, favoritism, and lack of professional accountability. No real avenues for growth, feedback is often dismissed or taken personally. Psychological safety is missing, which makes it difficult to perform effectively.
