Pros
For a 15 or 16 year old, this is a great job and good pay considering the alternatives. Their pay rates for entry-level are competitive.
Cons
The pay rates for managers and supervisors is not up to par with some competitors. Know that this is a seasonal position...holidays off in the summer as a LIFEGUARD isn't happening (this isn't a con for the company, just a statement of fact for the industry)...asking for it off is like a Mall Santa asking off for Christmas season.
