Pros

The rater/the one is very good and easy to use. Total compensation is good/commensurate with experience, benefits are great and cheap. Home office is in good location.

Cons

The other job specific systems are not easy to use. The company and its people have changed considerably over the past few years; it's a very new staff with over 50% there less than 3yrs and then you have ppl that have been there 15-25yrs. There is an odd void of people in the middle. They have not been good with retaining tenured employees/talent. The job is slightly boring/monotonous and you're doing the same thing all day/week/month/year.

Pros

No cons other than outdated technology and systems

Cons

Good company, training was good and consistent. Covered parking is a plus, they have many events that get you to engage and meet coworkers. Pay is good for the job title.
