      Hard to find something good to say.

      Cons

      So many customer issues. Commission only. No management. No structure. No HR department. I am constantly harassed and belittled.

      Great money when you make your months goals.

      Cons

      Not flexible schedule, takes a while to build your business, no commission if you do not make your numbers, lots of down time.
