      Schedule flexibility, mobility, and coworkers.

      Cons

      Very unorganized in every aspect. They say one thing, do another. VERY and I stress VERY POOR training. The upper management is basically behind doors and do not address anything! NO PAY RAISES AT ALL!

      Great money when you make your months goals.

      Not flexible schedule, takes a while to build your business, no commission if you do not make your numbers, lots of down time.
