Terrible pay for highly qualified staff. Men in the same position are paid higher even with less education/credentials. Poor culture due to CEO communication, if things aren't done above and beyond you will get reamed-out. Problem focused over solution focused. Blame is always passed (lack of ownership for the problems). They want to see you step into higher roles without being compensated fairly for those roles. The more you do for the less money, they more they add to your plate. Struggle to be an inclusive culture.
