Thank you for your candid response! We are proud of the leadership team and processes in place at the warehouse. They're extremely supportive in making sure that our team is supported with their work/life balance, but also are available to complete the work. We recently transitioned our warehouse to a brand new, state-of-the-arc facility on the Northside that has A/C, ample space for product and team, and is overall better for the business.
