In the team you were in, yes, we have daily meetings to ensure service delivery, task allocation and to pick up any tasks team members might need support with. In addition, during Covid-19 I’ve really encouraged our managers to remotely meet with their teams regularly to help everyone feel connected and support new team members but clearly this is not for everyone.
In terms of justifying time, yes, we need everyone in this team to complete a timesheet against the projects they're working on so that the business can see how much time is being allocated to each project and management can ensure more resource is going into the right projects.
With regards to the salary being poor, the amount was disclosed upon the role being applied for, confirmed at interview and was accepted when you started working for us. A poor salary is of course subjective to ones prior salaries and costs of living but I would point out that the salary was 43% above the median salary of a full time employee in 2020, according to the ONS – Sarah Dowzell, COO & Co-founder, Natural HR
