The hands there are friendly. The pay is OK at best.

Ridiculous production expectations coupled with an upper management that refuses to pay employees their value. Raises, when and if they occur after a year of employment there, are implemented after extended periods of time(months). Upper management that feels the need to negatively critique constantly...no attaboys here! Benefits are a joke for a multimillion dollar company.
