Pros
Paid holidays, once you're hired on you get 8 hours of paid personal time every quarter.
Cons
Pay is low, took away bonus work and pay change does not compensate, attitudes of most employees are not good, very little communication between management and subordinates. If you're doing something wrong you don't find out for weeks and then they really flip out. Management picks favorites and give other employees all the undesirable work.
