I applied to a full time position that was posted by NaturalData and quickly received a response back. They walked me through the process of interviewing with first and foremost them, then the client I would be doing contract work for, and every step of the way was very clear and outlined. I did two rounds of interviews with the client that I would be contracting for and NaturalData assisted with every aspect relating to interview prep and answering my questions. The client chose to hire another candidate at that time. Then a few months later I was contacted by NaturalData again to let me know that the same company was looking for someone in a different but related department and offered to coordinate another interview. I accepted and here I am today, employed! I never felt like I was dealing with a large conglomerate that was only focused on metrics. I received personal attention and advice from their employees and their CEO, Pat Smith.
