      Friendly environment. Easy job .

      Cons

      Cold. Chaos. No communication. Constant turnover of leadership. Use to be family friendly vibe. Not so much anymore. Change hours & shifts without any thought how it disrupts their employees lives. Lower premium in changing shifts. Worse hours. Less premium. Can’t get a bonus because management keeps buying useless machinery. Tons of wasted money. Lack of leadership. Leadership seems power hungry.

      Pros

      You work in a giant refrigerator so it's a comfortable temperature year round

      Cons

      They haze new employees, management brags went a new employee quits, constantly handling frozen food.So your fingers are always cold, when the ice melts, the floor gets wet and you have to. Wear their boots which have no anti-slip surfaces. Only the 5 line leads are white people. Everyone else is a foreigner that can't speak very good English.
