where do I start! Read other reviews! I agree with most of them. I worked at Natren for a long time and watched great people come and go, the owners act unprofessional, rude, attack people personally, play favorites, and more. The "Old Man" falls asleep, and seems to be suffering from Dementia. He forgets things that he discusses with you in a matter of days and then explodes at you as if you did something wrong. No training programs,.....they throw people into two-three positions at once and give them so much responsibility, then demand all of your time in meetings and reports, so you never get to do your job and eventually get chewed out for that too. It is really sad to see such a great Probiotic get wasted with poor Micro-managing Owners that trust NO ONE. Owners that hire you to do a job, then never let you actually do it. They have some committed Employees but do not appreciate them! They will go under soon. No future here. Go to another company! Save yourself.
