People love this store because of its hand-made apparel and accessories from around the world and the Latin-American and Canadian Native music. The owner is a Native from Ecuador and many Canadian Natives see it as a Native store. It is a business that thrives in diversity, and creativity, If you are creative and like diversity, you will be happy here. It is a business built from the ground up.
Cons
Sometimes the communication brakes down and employees are left guessing what is going on. It is a pretty new business, so there are some issues mostly due to either inexperience or lack of personnel.. Be sure to bring up any problems that need attention. Be aware of your rights as a worker and set your limits for work-life balance.
