Pros
I've been at Native Rank for three years, and I can count on one hand the number of days I haven't wanted to come to work. I wake up everyday for three reasons: to make money for myself, my company and my clients (in no particular order). Native Rank is a cutting edge company that is on the forefront of innovations that will better serve our clients. There are always ideas flowing back and forth, and there's no such thing here as a bad idea. Our CEO is very accessible and hands on, yet the same time is the furthest thing from a micro manager. The office environment is fun and open. It's full of energy that motivates our team members every day. I tell everyone who asks that I've finally found the company I'm going to retire from. I don't have a job, I have a career.
Cons
This isn't much of a con, but Native Rank is not for everyone. There's a ton of potential to become successful, but you're going to have to work for it. This is not an 8 - 5 job. Most of us work 10 - 12 hour days, but they fly by because you're busy and no day is the same. Especially in the sales area you're going to have ups and downs, but that's the nature of the game. What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. At the end of the day, we're making a difference in the lives of everyone from small business owners to startups to Non-profits to CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. That always makes for an interesting and motivating day.
