A little old school but that can be a good thing

Working here was the most unrewarding and dreadful job I've ever had. My boss was a micromanager who constantly mocked my sales performance, even though I was one of the top performers on the team. The worst part of the job was worrying about inconsistent income due to irregular commission payments or delays. Some months, I would make a decent amount, but other months, I would barely escape. It was impossible to plan for the future or make any major financial decisions because I never knew how much money I was going to make.
