      Pros

      Native (LONDON) has some wonderful talent and capabilities. There is a great culture in the London studio.

      Cons

      The San Francisco (USA) studio is a nightmare. Management is inexperienced and unwilling to adapt to American business models. There is no regard for creating a culture (from team building exercises to hiring new employees without anyone meeting them or even knowing they are receiving a new coworker!). Pay/benefits have a way to go to improve.

      Pros

      - Fun and talented group to work with. - Great opportunity to improve skills and design thinking. - Good variety of projects. - Leadership pushes you to step out of comfort zone. - Leadership mentorship valuable if you seek it out.

      Cons

      - Projects can feel rushed and lack closure. - Politics can muddle atmosphere, having HQ in London.

      Pros

      -Interesting projects from wide array of different industries -Young, still developing environment

      Cons

      -Weak digital design process and execution. -Stifling office atmosphere and structure. -Virtually no project management and planning. -Some of the directors are generally capable but cant say that for the rest of the team. -Most of team left in dark as to strategies and decisions of those made by directors and management in a room upstairs.
