Just... terrible - ECommerce Manager Native Commerce Employee Review

Great people and happy environment.

None really, can't think of any.

Most coworkers were great. They have company Happy Hour's which are fun. Snacks are provided in the office which is nice. Occasional chance to work remote.

There are a lot of them: -The top 3 people are way over their heads or they just don't care because they run the place. -The moment you disagree with the CEO you are let go. She doesn't allow any feedback and gives herself tasks that she should have no part of, in order to look like she hasn't lost control. -Job titles are shifted around on a weekly basis and some are made up titles that never appear at other companies. -They claim that there is a company culture, but the only culture that they have sustained is fear of losing your job. -They use the term "Doesn't fit the culture" in order to fire people. -They threaten to outsource your job, and they actually say that they can have someone else do your job for a third of the cost.
