The teaching platform is very easy to use, even for beginners with little experience. Most of the students are friendly, respectful, and eager to learn from different countries. The hiring process is fast and simple, so you can start teaching quickly. The site also provides many lesson materials, which helps teachers prepare and guide each class more easily.

      Cons

      For new teachers, it can be quite difficult at first because student bookings are usually low in the beginning. It may take some time to build trust and gain regular students. The platform is also very competitive, with many tutors online at once, which can make it harder to get noticed quickly.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
