      Pros

      This company gives the best compensation for teachers even when they are just working from home. The hourly rate could be twice than that of the other ESL companies and they give so many incentives and rewards to hard-working teachers. Also, the metrics in achieving the incentives are easy to attain. They also listen to their teacher's inquiries and they totally try to respond to each query no matter what hour you send it. This is the best so far! :)

      Cons

      The only drawback I think is that NC does not have any TM that will guide their teachers albeit they have the Learning Kits and some videos that teachers can watch for their reference. It is not really much of a great disadvantage as the lessons are very easy to teach and there are guides for the teachers to use too.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
