1. I have a love&hate relationship with this company. Well there are no perfect companies right? One of the disappointments that I encountered is during this pandemic. They mass hired a lot of teachers leading to excessive numbers of teachers and not only that they LOWERED THE STANDARDS of requirements to get in to the company to be a teacher. So a lot of student are saying that new teachers these days are not competitive, I wanna agree but of course I had to defend them some how hahaha. This lead to unbalanced ratio of teacher:student... a lot of veteran teachers such as me lost a lot of income due to a lot of options. It's not about reputation and this is not enough to explain my self.
2. If you are new. GOOD LUCK and don't loose hope.. the good luck part is being sarcastic and the don't loose hope is genuinely me saying hang in there. Learn the tricks and get used to the flow of the lesson. When you started to get bored of class and you no longer have to check the cheat sheet then congrats you have mastered the flow and student will really feel that you know what you are doing. How ever first few months will be your worst months because of lack of student, very low income. I have to admit that If you're just starting you really have to suck it up. So to deal with this have more experience so you will reach the PROS# 3
