      Pros

      *Native Camp surely rewards your hard work. I have experienced pay rise every after two weeks until the ceiling, consistent incentives and rewards, along with opportunities for professional growth in a span of only three months. *The staff respond positively to inquiries and requests. *Despite not having direct contact with the admin and the staff, it is evident that they continue to upgrade and develop their system for the sake of both the teachers and students.

      Cons

      The only way to avoid penalties is to be extra careful. For some instances that aren't your fault (i.e. power interruption), they can't be considered. (As far as I know).

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
