      Pros

      Good availability of teaching materials with better illustration. even though their money is too small compared to others, they pay promptly, which I think they are the best in that aspect

      Cons

      They are becoming more worthless everyday, they are only concern about only their students priority. the teachers priority is nothing to them. They only monitor teachers comment but they never appreciate our works. Some students just regard rating as peanuts ,even upon deserving the best evaluation from them. Lastly, they hire teachers like unprofessional or unofficial organisation, they have no limitation or restriction, even if goat apply, it will surely be hired, meanwhile the current teachers are sweating to get just a student for 15 hours, I gave them much respect before but not anymore!

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
