      Pros

      đź‘ŤNC provides an extremely flexible working schedule. đź‘ŤConstant improvement of its services(e.g NC app for teachers) đź‘ŤPrompt payment of remunerations. đź‘ŤA very supportive and friendly administration. đź‘ŤYou work and earn from the comforts of your home. đź‘ŤGood incentives which makes it competitive and Fun!!(I got a free reservation badge a week ago and I really enjoyed having lots of classes with my favorite students)

      Cons

      Native speakers are eligible to earn more than $8 per 25-min class as a Booked class which is good but Non native speakers earn at most 2$ as a booked class( which isn't even half to that native speakers) even if the user evaluation of a non native Teacher(let's say 5) is higher than that of a Native Teacher (let's say 4.95). Its kind of discriminatory because I believe teaching isn't just about speaking only but also being able to make a student comprehend Language Basics to its core, being encouraging, motivating and supportive . In a nutshell,my point is that an Excellent non native teacher earns way lesser than an average native teacher which isn't just. I think This gap needs to be reduced.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
