Pros
very easy to apply. standards are not high but I wouldnt even ask my enemy to join this company because it is HORRIBLE
Cons
1. pay is low 2. other than signing in bonus and the incentive (too small) for 100 classes every cut off, there's nothing else 3. 10% of salary withheld for tax 4. no salary breakdown. if you think you have earned more then too bad . 5. No HR 6. Admin is INUTILE. Write them and they will answer you but the answer is copy pasted and is meant to answer a different question 7. If there is a systems glitch and you were not able to finish a class, you will not be paid 8. Staff are unbelievably the rudest 9. If student fails to give you a rating, automatically it's a 3 /5 but management expects you to have at least 4.72 9. Treats their teachers like cattle. They do not even ask the teacher to air her/his side to any issue. Automatically the account is deactivated 10, The students and the management are so uptight. You cannot ask a student why they refuse to show their faces yet they are able to see the teachers face. 11. No chance for a raise even if you become the best.---I could go on and on
