Nonprofit burnout wearing multiple hats with heavy demands of efficiency without the supports as drivers to receive the results of management expectations. Also the history of no such flattering things that has occurred in the past of the organization "The Emperor has no clothes" people see what has occurred which has been a blackeye on the organization which is contradicting to the organization telling the history of the Indian Boarding Schools "People living in glasshouses should not throw stones"
