      - Fast-paced exciting and challenging work environment - New, interesting clients consistently coming in to keep things interesting - Happy Hour on Friday with catered food - Office beer keg, pool table, and board games - Great location in the heart of Vancouver's business district - Great coworkers The company has also become a lot more flexible with regards to working-from-home, which wasn't something that was offered in the past.

      So, so many. If senior leadership reads this though I really hope they've realized that restricting phone usage at the office is not how you cultivate a strong work culture.
